Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sendiflow website and platform, operated by Renovo Digital Innovations Limited (REDI), a company registered in Nigeria with offices at 21B Gaduwa Estate, Abuja, FCT. By visiting this website or subscribing to Sendiflow, you agree to these terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to:

• Visitors to sendiflow.com
• Organisations that subscribe to Sendiflow
• Administrators who set up and manage an organisation's Sendiflow account

Officers and staff within a subscribing organisation are also bound by a separate in-app acceptance at the point of account setup.

2. What Sendiflow Is

Sendiflow is a report management SaaS platform that enables organisations to create, route, review, approve and store internal and field reports through a defined reporting structure. It is a business tool and is not intended for personal or consumer use.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Sendiflow is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on request. Subscriptions are billed in advance and processed via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise REDI to charge your selected payment method for the agreed subscription amount.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the subscribing organisation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A 14-day refund window applies from the date of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sendiflow to:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Use the platform in a way that violates any applicable Nigerian or international law

REDI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms without notice and without liability for refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on sendiflow.com and within the Sendiflow platform are the exclusive property of Renovo Digital Innovations Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use REDI's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Content that your organisation creates and submits within Sendiflow (reports, records, data) remains your organisation's property. REDI does not claim ownership of your data.

7. Data and Privacy

Sendiflow collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA 2023). Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details. You may also submit a Data Deletion Request at any time.

8. Availability and Uptime

REDI makes reasonable efforts to keep Sendiflow available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, REDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use Sendiflow. REDI's total liability to any subscribing organisation shall not exceed the amount paid by that organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

REDI may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sendiflow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
